Jason Khalipa

With a passion for fitness and an uncanny ability to grow and lead a supportive community, Jason Khalipa, the owner and operator of NCFIT, is a force of nature in the fitness world. Since opening CrossFit Santa Clara in 2008, a month after winning the CrossFit Games, he has gone on to open 20+ additional locations. He founded NCFIT (previously NorCal CrossFit), pioneered widespread corporate wellness programs, reinvented fitness in the hospitality sector, and changed the way everyone, from CEOs to professional athletes, thinks about fitness. Through NCFIT, Jason has created an environment where employees get paid to chase their passion, do what they love, and build happier, healthier communities along the way. His vision is to not only provide premier coaching and fitness programming, but to curate an entire experience for people from all walks of life.
